Frank J. "Prunie" Lower

Frank was inducted into the Navy on August 1942 at Charleston, South Carolina.

He served aboard the destroyer USS MOFFETT from September 1942 to September 1945 during World War II and served as escort for the invasion of Normandy.

Medals include the European-African Middle East Medal, Good Conduct Medal, and World War II Victory Medal.

He was honorably discharged February 9, 1946.
