Cowden Covered Bridge Country Opry. Blue grass and Gospel music. Cowden Community Building, 7-10 p.m. Free admission. Donations accepted. Bring finger foods to share.

    May 18

Garden Club plant sale, 8 a.m. - 1 p.m., Forest Park south pavilion next to Senior Center.

Craft Vendor Fair, 9 a.m. - 3 p.m., Forest Park, Shelbyville.

Free community lunch, 1st Presbyterian Church, 201 N. Chestnut, Shelbyville, 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Bingo following lunch.

Gunnysack Review traditional country music, Old Country Church Opry, Findlay, 7-9:30 p.m. Free admission, donations accepted.

Illinois Old Fiddlers, 2-5 p.m. Lions Club Building, Forest Park, Shelbyville.

    May 20

Garden Club meeting, 1:30 p.m. Senior Center, Forest Park, Shelbyville.

    May 25

Sawyer & Company traditional country music/dance band, Old Country Church Opry, Findlay, 7-9:30 p.m. Free admission, donations accepted.

    May 30

Stroke Awareness luncheon, 12 p.m., Shelbyville Manor. Dr. Agapito will be speaking. RSVP to Kristy at 217-774-2111.

    May 31

Jim Allen Classic Country with Kelsey Beard & Curt Wooters country music & western swing, Old Country Church Opry, Findlay, 7-9:30 p.m. Free admission, donations accepted.

    June 2

Twilighters country music, gospel, and blue grass. Closed stage. 2-4:30 p.m. Shelby County Senior Center. Free admission, donations accepted. Bring snacks to share. Open to everyone - not just seniors.

American Legion Auxiliary Unit #81, 6:30 p.m., American Legion Home, Morgan and North 2nd Streets. For information, call Janet Strohl, 774-2408

    June 7

Findlay music--country, gospel, blue grass. Findlay Community Center "under the water tower", Findlay, IL. 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Free admission, donations accepted. Bring snacks to share. Open to everyone!
