Daxton Jacob Metzger Born Dec. 23

— Jacob and Kristine Metzger of Shelbyville announce the birth of their son Daxton Jacob Metzger.
Daxton was born December 23, 2007, at 5:06 p.m. in St. Anthony’s Memorial Hospital in Effingham. He weighed 4 lbs. 12 oz. and was 19 inches long.
He is welcomed home by his brothers Drew, Turner, and Rece, and his sister Holly.
Grandparents are Mark and Judy Fuesting of Metropolis, IL; Terri and Peter Grigg of West Chicago, IL; Terry and Pamela Metzger of Herrick. Great grandmother is Louise Metzger of Shelbyville.
