Hillary Ann Spain and Andrew Lee Dragovan announce their engagement and upcoming marriage.
The bride-to-be is the daughter of Doug and Elizabeth Spain of Shelbyville and the granddaughter of Walt and Judy Spain of Shelbyville and Larry and Patricia Hassinger of Decatur.
The bridegroom-to-be is the son of Donald and Luanna Dragovan of Shelbyville and the grandson of John and Cheron Buzzard of Creal Springs and Dorothy and the late Joseph Dragovan of Joliet.
They are both students are Eastern Illinois University and are expected to graduate in December. Andrew will graduate with a degree in Biological Sciences and Hillary will graduate with a degree in Communication Studies.
An August 2, 2008, wedding is planned at the Shelby Christian Church in Shelbyville.
