— Justin and Brenda Freeman of Shelbyville announce the birth of their son, William Carter Freeman.
William was born January 21, 2008, at 3:56 p.m. in Decatur Memorial Hospital. He weighed 6 lbs 13 oz. and was 20 inches long.
Grandparents are John and Rebecca Freeman of Shelbyville and Lawrence and the late Donna Carter of Minooka. He also has one uncle, Clinton Carter, of Minooka.
