Debolt, Wan Wed in Caribbean

— Michel Debolt and Chung Chui Wan were married in the Caribbean on the island of Barbados, St. James, May 24, 2008.
The formal double ring ceremony took place at sunset near the beach with the sound of the surf in the background. Mark Debolt, brother of the groom, was the best man, and Loretta Ng, friend of the bride, was the maid of honor. The bride carried a bouquet of beautiful white and pink Caribbean flowers and similar flowers were used in the wedding decorations and on the tables for the dinner. The music for the wedding procession was performed by a string trio with two violins and a cello. During the reception Caribbean music was performed by a ten piece steel drum band. A traditional singer with piano music entertained during the formal dinner afterwards. The evening ended with a cruise on a catamaran with more music and dancing.
Debolt graduated from Stewardson-Strasburg High School, the University of Illinois, Wharton College at Pennsylvania University, and Columbia University in New York. Mrs. Debolt graduated from the University of Miami and Yale University. They will reside in London, England.
