Mr. and Mrs. Harry Hudson of Shelbyville will celebrate their 50th anniversary on July 26 with a reception hosted by their children at the Shelby County Senior Center from 3 to 6 p.m.

Harry and Nancy Hayden were married July 27, 1958 at the Nazarene Church in Shelbyville by the Rev. Ronnie Kampe. He is retired from Hudson Construction and Labor Local 159. She is retired from the Shelby County Circuit Clerk’s office.

They have four children: Bari (Mark) Phipps of Carlinville, Connie (Roger) Perry of Bethany, Lori (Greg) Norfleet of Decatur, and Brad (Sherri) Hudson of Shelbyville. They have eight grandchildren: Brandi (Jeremy) Chaney, Riley Perry, Matt and Maleah Phipps, Abbey and Alex Beery, and Adam and Alissa Hudson; two great grandchildren: Carter and Kinley Chaney, and two step grandchildren: David and Anna Norfleet.
