1st Christian to Hold Christmas Eve Service

SHELBYVILLE, IL. — First Christian Church, 202 South Broadway, will hold its annual Christmas Eve Candlelight Service at 11:00 p.m. on December 24.  For the past 53 years, First Christian has opened its doors to the Shelbyville community for this special service and celebration of the birth of Christ.

"In 2005, thanks to the efforts of several church members, the outside of the church building was covered with lights. This year we have added all new greenery and trees, so the church is especially beautiful with all the many lights both inside and out," stated Linda Ray.

First Christian extends an invitation to all to attend this service of worship and celebration.  For further information, please call 774-2667.
