Stew-Stras Students Donate to Honor Flight

SHELBYVILLE, IL. — The Stewardson-Strasburg High School Drama Club and the Stewardson-Strasburg Grade School 5th Grade Class presented a $300 check to the Honor Flight program to assist World War II veterans in visiting the World War II Memorial in Washington DC. 

The funds were raised during the "We the People" Veterans Day Program at Stewardson-Strasburg High School held on November 9, 2012.  The patriotic salute to America featured performances by the High School Drama Club and the 4th-6th Grade students.
