Okaw Valley school registration offers E-Pay

Okaw Valley CUSD 302 is offering two ways to register for the 2014-2015 school year.

The traditional method of registration will be on August 7 at Okaw Valley High School from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. and on August 8 at Okay Valley Middle School from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.

The newest way to register is online through Okaw Valley’s website with payments for fees via a link to E-Pay, a service provided by the Illinois State Treasurer’s office. E-Pay can be used to pay all fees connected to registration as well as funding a child’s lunch account. Partial payments can also be made using E-Pay after setting up a fee payment schedule through the Unit office at 217-665-3232.

Steps to using E-Pay:

- Visit www.okawvalley,org and click on the Registration Info title on the left side of the home page. Parents will need to follow the directions listed including printing the proper forms that need to be completed and sent to the proper building.

- Parents that believe they will qualify for free or reduced price breakfasts and lunches must register in person. E-Pay cannot be used for registration in this case.

- On the E-Pay site, you must use the building your child will attend to get the list of fees due for your child. Use “Lunch Account” to fund your child(s) account(s) for breakfast and lunch monies. Under the “Lunch Account” you can pay for more than one child and designate how much to be credited to each child.

If you have any questions about the E-Pay system, please contact the Unit Office from 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
