Jared J. Macari receives Degree

Jared J. Macari received a Bachelor of Science degree from Olivet Nazarene University, Bourbonnais, Illinois in the school’s 95th annual commencement, Saturday May 3, 2008 at 9:30 a.m.
He is one of approximately 1,400 students to earn associate, baccalaureate, or master’s degrees this year at Olivet. His major field of study was Physical Education with a minor in health and a concentration in strength and conditioning. Mr. David Neff, Editor-in-chief, Christianity Today, delivered the commencement address to the graduates in the formal convocation held on campus.
Macari previously graduated from Shelbyville High School in Shelbyville in 2003. He is the son of Randy and Martha Macari of Shelbyville.
His activities and honors while attending Olivet were RA for 2 years, Deans List, completed his student teaching at Naperville Central, Naperville, Il.
Olivet was founded in 1907 and annually enrolls over 7000 students. Olivet offers over 100 undergraduate concentrations
and/or major fields of study and master’s degrees in 13 areas.
