Zacha Sentenced in Shelby Court

Daniel Zacha, 35, of Stewardson, appeared before Judge James Harvey Monday and pled guilty to Aggravated Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol, a Class 4 felony.
He was sentenced by agreement to two years in prison, according to Shelby County State’s Attorney Allan Lolie who prosecuting the case.
Zacha was arrested by the Stewardson Police Department in March. He was represented by Shelby County Public Defender Bob Swiney.
