Nunn Sentenced in Shelby Court

— Arthur Nunn, 32, of Stewardson, appeared in Shelby County Circuit Court before Judge James Roberts and pled guilty to deceptive practices, a Class 4 felony.
He was sentenced by agreement to one year in prison, according to Shelby County State’s Attorney Allan Lolie who prosecuted the case.
He was arrested in april after having passed several bad checks to a Stewardson business last year. He was represented by Public Defender Bob Swiney.
