At Stew-Stras on Tuesday, W/SS followed up the rout with a weird win. W/SS was out-hit by South Central 7 to 5, but somehow came away with the win. South Central did boot the ball twice and walked three to make up for the hitting deficit.
W/SS broke a 1-1 tie in the 3rd with a 4-run boost. They held to that lead until the 6th inning, when W/SS added a 3-run rally. Although South Central had seven hits, they couldn’t get the base runners in. W/SS had seven RBIs toward their eight runs, timely hitting.
