WCIA to celebrate Stewardson

---- — Stewardson will be featured in WCIA Channel 3’s CI Living from 4-5 p.m. and on the News broadcast from 5-6 p.m. on Friday, July 19.

Free hamburgers, courtesy of Prairie National Bank, and free hot dogs, courtesy of the Stewardson Lions Club will be served at the Park Pavilion from 4-7.Those attending will have a chance to meet Channel 3 News broadcasters Dave Benton, Jennifer Roscoe, Aaron Benett, Derick Fabert, and Judy Fraser.

The CI Living program will be kicked off by the Stewardson Strasburg High School Drum Line at 4. Performances by Dance Etc will follow. Live interviews of many of your friends and neighbors will be conducted at the Park. The Veterans’ Memorial and Historical Museum will be featured. And that’s not all! Antique tractors and trucks will be on display. The Corps of Engineers will be offering information on boat safety. A Bounce House will be available for the kids’ entertainment. Many local businesses and organizations will be promoting their services and WCIA will be raffling prizes.
