The Shelbyville Lions Club will hold their annual Steak Supper on Saturday, August 3, from 4:30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m. at the Lions Club Building located in Forest Park in Shelbyville.
The meal will feature all the sweet corn diners can eat and a choice of steak or two pork chops, or one pork chop or hamburger, baked potato, and drinks. The price break-down is steak - $12 advance sale ticket and $15 at the door, two pork chops - $9 advanced sale ticket and $12 at the door, one pork chop or hamburger - $5 advance sale ticket and $6 at the door.
Advanced sale tickets may be purchased at the Daily Union Newspaper office, DJ’S Custom Framing, County Market, or from any Lions Club member. Many advanced sale tickets are marked with P. A. D. (Pay At Door) and will give the ticket holder the advanced sales price.
This year’s Lions Club president, Tom Niksic said all profits from the Shelbyville Lions Club events are used toward charitable causes.
“I encourage folks to attend this supper and enjoy a great meal while helping many great local worthy charities,” Niksic said.
