John Edward Winkleman, 83, formerly of Effingham and Windsor passed away at 5:50 p.m. in the Odd Fellows-Rebekah Harmony Courts in Mattoon.

Graveside services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday in the Windsor Cemetery with military rites. Visitation will be from 1:00 p.m. until service time at the Lovins-Lockart Funeral Home, Windsor. Memorials may be made to the Disabled Veteran's.
