Shelbyville Ruth U. (Perkinson) Reider, 80, of Neoga, Illinois, formerly of Shelbyville, died at 6:50 p.m. Saturday, July 12, 2008 in St. Anthony’s Memorial Hospital, Effingham, Illinois. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, July 26, in Howe and Yockey Funeral Home in Strasburg, Illinois with Gary Crowder officiating. Visitation one hour before services. Memorials may be given to the American Cancer Society.
