Kenneth B. Tull, 52, of Westfield, Indiana passed away unexpectedly, after a long battle with cancer, on June 18, 2014.

Ken was born on June 9, 1962 in Pana, Illinois to Gaylord Tull and Roma (Riedel) Tull Baird. Ken graduated from Shelbyville High School, Shelbyville, Illinois and ITT Indianapolis, Indiana. Ken began his career at Texas Instruments in Dallas, Texas in 1983. He was a manufacturing engineer for GM in Kokomo, Indiana for 22 years.

Ken’s unique and colorful sense of humor and love and loyalty for his family and friends were just a few of his endearing attributes. He was a loving father, husband, son, brother, and friend to so many people. He positively influenced the lives of so many and spent countless hours helping others. Ken had an endless circle of friends and never hesitated to help anyone on a moment’s notice. He loved spending time with his family and friends. Ken had a special love for the Christmas season that has spread throughout his family and his neighborhood.

Ken met his wife in Dallas, Tx and they were married in 1984.

Ken is survived by his wife, Christina (Smart), and their children: Kenneth, Brianna (Dustin) Zins, & Kalli. He is also survived by his mother Roma and his stepfather William Baird. Additional survivors include Ken’s sister: Gayla (Todd) Stirewalt of Highland, Illinois, brothers: Douglas, of Dallas, TX, and Samuel (Pam) of Shelbyville, Illinois. Stepbrothers Randy (Marcie) Baird, of Shelbyville, Illinois and Terry (Marla) Baird of Chatham, Illinois, Mother and father in-law, Sally & Kenneth Henneberger, Plano, Tx. and several aunts and uncles and nieces and nephews. Ken was preceded in death by his biological father: Gaylord R. Tull & Stepsister: Sonja (Baird) Butler, father in-law: Marvin Smart, Niece: Susan Baird. Grandparents: Martin R. and Bernice Tull and Robert and Edith Riedel, Wayne and Betty Smart and Betty Gang.
