The Central A & M Lady Raiders 7th grade track team won a share of the IESA State Championship on Saturday, tying Normal Epiphany with 36 points each. The Lady Raiders were led by Kaitlyn Corzine who was the State Champion in the 800 meter run, took second place in the 100 meter hurdles and fourth place in the long jump. The Lady Raiders also scored a state title in the 4x400 relay. Complete area results from the IESA State Meet will appear in the Wednesday’s Daily Union.
