---- — Moulton 7th basketball is continuing their roll, notching three more victims into their revolver. They beat Meridian a week ago Tuesday, 35-32, beat Okaw Valley last Thursday, 39-17, then beat Pana on Monday, 42-26.
The Rams had Meridian down by 14 points at the half, but a 13-5 run in the 3rd made it a game again. Up 23-17 to start the 4th, Meridian kept their momentum, out-scored the Rams down the stretch by three, out-scoring Shelby by 11 points in the 2nd half. However, it left the Hawks three points down at the final buzzer.
Malcolm Miller led Shelby with 24 points on 10 field goals and 4-of-7 at the line. Miller scored 10 points in the Ram, 2nd period, 12-2 run.
When Meridian had their 13-5 run, Miller didn’t score. Wade Johnston and Braydon Vice played key roles in the 3rd, as Johnston hit a trey and Vice a two, giving them five points during a drought in a 3-point win.
In the 4th period, the Rams kept pace and Miller scored another 10 points, 4-of-7 at the line.
Meisenhelter carried Meridian with 19 points. He scored 15 of his points in the 2nd half, when the Hawks almsot pulled off a comeback. He had seven in the 3rd and eight in the 4th, when Meridian scored almost half their points.
Shelbyville 35, Meridian 32

Last Thursday, Shelby all but buried Okaw Valley in the 1st half. They started with a 16-0 run and followed with a 15-5 run to lead at the half, 31-5.
Miller scored 13-of-the-16 points in the 1st and 11-of-the-15 points in the 2nd. He finished his 28-point performance with 4-of-8 Ram points in the 3rd. Johnston had the only other score in the 1st with a trey. Thai McNeese and Vice had two free throws each in the 2nd, and Isaiah Bruder scored twice in the 3rd.
Okaw was led by Sam Hagerman with a pair of treys in the 3rd. Dalton McGill had a deuce and a trey for all five Okaw points in the 2nd.
Shelbyville 39, Okaw Valley 17

On Monday, Shelby hosted and toasted Pana by 16 points. Shelby started with a 9-4 run, then a 9-2 run to lead by 12 at the break, 18-6. A 19-6 run in the 3rd put Shelby up by 25, 37-12.
The Rams called off the dogs in the 4th and Pana was free to post a 14-5 run and make the final score less dreary.
Miller scored 25 of the Rams’ 37 points through the 3rd. Four Rams scored in the 9-point 1st, Emric Messado, Vice, Harrison Wooters and Miller. Three scored in the 9-point Ram 2nd, Johnston, Wooters and Miller, to give the Rams the 12-point lead.
In the 3rd, Miller took over, scoring seven times from the floor, including a trey, splitting 1-of-2 at the line, then converting one of those twos into a 3-point play at the line for 17 of the Ram 19 points in a 6:00 span.
McNeese and Messado had the Ram scores down the stretch and Tyler Wallis split a pair at the line to ensure the 16-point win.
