Rams Roughed Up At Vandy

The Shelbyville Ram basketball team never could get over the hump in pool play at the Vandalia Holiday Tournament, losing all four pool play games.

Shelby lost on Thursday to Vandalia, 66-55, and to St. Anthony, 55-49. They lost to Altamont on Friday, 46-39, then to Greenville on Saturday, 57-44. That sent Shelbyville (0-4) to the basement and a fight with South Central (0-4) to win the 9th place game Monday afternoon.

Cwenton Williams and Spencer Shadwell led the Rams in pool play with 36 points each, averaging 9 points per game.
