SHELBYVILLE, IL. — The Purple Parade to the Home of the Pacers perpetuated a pummeling of Clinton that turned them black and Maroon, 54-30.

Even though the venue was huge, like in Hoosiers, the rims were still just 10 feet off the floor. The Rams played their game and crushed Clinton, cashing in at formerly-Conseco.

Shelbyville was led again by 6-7 center Brody Bence and 3-point shooter Nate Standerfer. Bence scored a game-high 15 points, making seven shots from the floor and splitting a pair of free throws.

Standerfer recorded another trey hat trick and added a deuce for 11 points. Reserve center Cwenton Williams had 10 points.

came off the bench to score in double figures, making four field goals and 2-of-3 foul shots.

The Ram defense did their job and held every Clinton player out of double figures. They were led by Overton with nine points.

The rest of the game academic (a field trip to Indianapolis), with Clinton out-scoring Shelby 17-10 in the 2nd half.
