A&M 3rd, SOV 4th At Shelby Open

200 dash state medalist Emily Neuhauser (SOV) placed 4th in the 100 at the Open (12.92). She saved herself for the 4x200 relay, SOV's signature event.

The SOV 4x2 recorded a sizzling 146:55 to win the event again. Neuhauser, Ashlynd Risely, Bowman, and McClain  beat last year's sectional time by over two seconds. SOV was 2nd at state last year (1:43.72) and were state champs the previous year with the current state record (1:42.82).

CAM had a win in the relays. Paige Seitz, Kylee Burcham, Mikaela Cole and Salena Sloan won the 4x800 (10:23.19). They also were 3rd in the 4x4. Mikaela Cole, Burcham, Seitz, and  Dooley ran 4:18.56.
