Lady Rams Don't Like Ike

---- — Everybody wins! Shelbyville girls tennis swept Decatur Eisenhower on Thursday, 9-0.

All six Shelby singles players won in dominant fashion. With the match already assured, the doubles partners were even more dominant.

Mykennah Allen won #1 singles, 6-2, 6-1, and then doubles with Alexis Halbrook, 6-0, 6-1. Kayla Lee won #2 singles, 6-0, 6-1, then doubles with Rachel Sphar, 6-0, 6-0; Halbrook won #3 singles 6-1, 6-0.

Rachel West won #4 singles, 6-2, 6-3. Taylor Powers #5 singles and Julia Bolinger #6 both swept their opponents, 6-0, 6-0. Courtney Large and Kaitlyn Hopper as #2 doubles, cruised 6-1, 6-1.

Shelbyville was to travel to Springfield Southeast on Monday, then return home to host Mt. Zion at 4 p.m., Tuesday, then host Newton on Thursday at 4:30 p.m.
