Another weekend of beautiful weather drew the fans and racers out to CCD as Chad Isley of Charleston on his 08 Suzuki was on fire this past weekend taking two out of the 3 classes he entered. Those wins moved him into the top 10 of Super Pro and within 1 point of the Bike leader.
In the Summit Racing ET Series Race # 10 it was Chad Isley of Charleston, IL on his 2008 Suzuki Drag Bike, taking home his 1st win of the day over Ryan Zinn of Shellbyville, IL in his 74 Vega in the Super Pro category.
In the Pro Class it was Kassie Edwards-Wilson of Charleston, IL in her 99 Camaro beat Jesse Brant of Mattoon, IL in his Hopper Family Racing 87 Cutlass, while Max Lang of Charleston in his 40 Willy's was a semi-finalist.
In Sportsmen Clayton Patrick of Charleston, IL in his 99 Z-28 has been on a roll lately winning his 3rd of the last 4 races over Katie Beason of Mattoon, IL in her 13 Camaro.
On Bikes it was Chad Isley winning his second race of the day and moving within one point of the lead defeating Brandon Correll of Shumway, IL on his 02 Suzuki. In High School it was Brady Curry of Lincoln, IL in his 67 Nova beating Brandy Protz in her 09 Chevy 1500.
