---- — After folding up against South Central last week, the Windsor/Stew-Stras Devils put the sword to ALAH on Thursday, 12-2, and Beecher City on Friday, 12-0.
Windsor/Stew-Stras jumped on ALAH early. Alex Allen led off the game reaching on an error and Brandon Helmuth singled. Allen scored and Helmtuh went to 2nd on a balk. Christian Vonderheide walked to load the bases.
Hayden Cole sizzled a sacrifice fly to center and Helmuth tagged up and scored. Kramer grounded out, but Vonderheide scored for the 3-0 lead. ALAH loaded the bases in the 1st, but couldn’t get them home.
In the 3rd, W/SS had another 3-run rally. Vonderheide singled with one out, Cole walked and Kramer reached on an error and Vonderheide scored. Nic Hutchinson hit a sacrifice fly and Cole tagged and scored. Dylan Ohnesorge singled, scoring Kramer, 6-0.
Ohnesorge and the W/SS defense continued to keep ALAH from scoring. In the 4th W/SS extended their lead again. Devon Deremiah led off with a triple. With one out, Helmuth grounded out and Deremiah scored, 7-0.
ALAH got two men on with no outs in the 4th, but they were erased. A pop up to Helmuth at 2nd brought one out with runners at the corners, Vonderheide took a hard hit grounder, stepped on 2nd forcing out one man, threw to home to get another man trying to score and ended the inning.
In the 5th, ALAH did get on the board. Two singles, followed by three ground outs got a man in, 7-1. All that did was fire up the Devils.
Ohnesorge led off with a single in the 6th. Bryse Bugger singled and Deremiah singled. With the bases loaded, Allen was hit by a pitch, forcing in a run. Helmuth singled and scored Bugger, 9-1.
A fielder’s choice brought the first out, but Deremiah scored. Cole hit a sac fly, as Allen tagged and scored. Kramer singled and Vonderheide scored, 12-1.
ALAH was going down for the 3rd time and couldn’t hold off the early dismissal. Schuring doubled and Ryan doubled, back-to-back to make it 12-2. Two groundouts were followed by Ohnesorge ringing up the last batter and getting the win.
Ohnesorge helped himself going 3-for-3 at the plate. Deremiah was also 3-for-3 with the big hit of the game, a triple.

After 12 hits on Friday, W/SS pounded out 11 hits on Friday as the 10-runned BCCH, 12-0.
Christian Vonderheide led the attack, going 3-for-4 with a single, a double, and a home run. He scored three times and drove in four. Bryse Bugger had a good game at the plate, going 2-for-3 with a double.
Nic Hutchinson threw the shutout win, going the distance and only giving up three hits, while striking out five in five innings.
