BCCH 10-Run Loss To St. Anthony

SHELBYVILLE, IL. —

Beecher City hosted St. Anthony on Tuesday and the Bulldogs ate the Eagles up, winning by the 10-run rule in five innings, 10-0.

The Dawgs opened up the game with a 4-run rally, stumped BC then came back in the 3rd inning with a 3-run rally. They posted another 3-spot in the 4th to put the early dismissal in play, leading 10-0. 

Gardewine threw a no-hitter through two innings, walking no one, while striking out two. Jacob Kenter took the loss, going all five innings and allowing nine hits and four walks, but just five earned runs of the 10 St. A scores. He struck out four. 

BCCH was to host Windsor/Stew-Stras on Thursday
