Skowronski, Spain Lead Moulton

Moulton cross country joined the stampede at the Rochester Meet on Saturday and boasted two runners in the Top 10 of their races, while the girls team placed 8th out of 20 teams and the boys squad placed 12th out of 17 teams.

Ryan Skowronski led the Ram boys with an 8th place finish (9th overall) out of 228 runners with a time of 10:28. The rest of the scorers crossed from 67th through 74th, then 95th. The pack time was spread over 3:30.

Chloe Spain led the Lady Rams with a 10th place finish in a time of 12:37. The rest of the team was spread out from 28th to 54th to 62nd to 77. Their pack was less than 2:00 apart, but amidst a host of runners cramming together.

    Shelbyville boys and girls swept the Tuesday triangular track meet at Maroa. Shelby boys scored 100 points and the girls 98 points, defeating Maroa and Meridian.
