Ram JV Lose In Extra Innings

---- — Ram JV baseball went into extra-innings on Monday, before they were upended at Clinton, 8-7.

The Rams counted coup early, scoring all seven of their runs in the first four innings, but then the well went dry. Clinton finally got the game-winner in the bottom of the 8th.

Sheldon Meyer was 2-for-4 with a double and two runs. Bart Kennell was 2-for-4 with two runs. Garrett Brachbill was 2-for-5 with a double and two runs, while Ryan Stenger was 2-for-5.

All the Ram hitters reached base, but only four Rams, at the top of the order, scored all seven runs. Four Ram hitters had multiple hits, three hit safely, and the other two got free passes. Dylan Patch was the Ram starting pitcher.
