Okaw buries Rajahs in 3rd

Okaw Valley buried Atwood-Hammond in the 3rd quarter on Friday night and won by the 22 points, 63-41.

Peyton Hagerman put up 22 points for the T’Wolves and Devon Still had a game-high 23. Hagerman scored 10 times from the floor and Still nine times. They both had one trey, each. Hagerman also dished nine assists. Joe Jeffers had a near double-double with eight points, eight boards.

The 1st period was a chess match with Okaw leading by one, 11-10. In the 2nd, the T’Wolves began to get separation with an 18-13 run, posting a 6-point lead at the break, 29-23. Out of the locker room the T’Wolves wilded, ravaging the Rajahs with a 25-5 run.

Up by 26 points heading into the final frame, Okaw coasted and still won by a bunch.
