BCCH Drops A Pair

SHELBYVILLE, IL. — BCCH girls basketball played Teutopolis on Veteran's Day, but didn't play like veterans. Teutopolis swept BCCH 7th, 40-8, and 8th, 33-12.

T'town opened the 7th grade game with a 14-3 run and established their dominance. They took their Shoes off the accelerator and extended their lead by just two points in the 2nd, leading at the half, 18-5.

T'town extended their lead to 19 points heading into the 4th and BCCH just cashed in their chips and failed to score in the last 6:00, as T'town finished on a 13-0 run.

In the 8th grade contest, it was no contest. T'town opened with an 11-0 run and led at the break, 19-5. T'town kept putting it on BCCH in the 3rd and extended their lead to 30-8 going to the final frame. 

They put on the breaks in the final 6:00 and BCCh trimmed the final margin by a point before the mercy bell.
