Okaw drops 2nd match

Okaw Valley volleyball (0-2) lost to their co-op neighbors in Sullivan on Tuesday, 25-8, 25-19.

“ It was a tough loss,” said OkawValley Coach McCormick. Okaw tried a new rotation for the first game and the team suffered. The second game was much better, but just not enough to rally back from an early deficit. I am very proud of the Okaw Valley ball club right now and expect them to continue to improve and become very competitive.”

The Okaw offense managed just nine kills, but rose up for seven blocks. Megan Dash had three kills and four blocks, while Amy Orris two kills and three blocks. Mollee Decesaro dished five assists.
