The Gabbards will appear at the Barn at 7 p.m., on Saturday, July 1.

On July 1 at 7:00 p.m. the guest group at The Barn will be the Gabbards. Barn event coordinator Joanne Clark said, “This is the second appearance at The Barn for the Gabbards. They are a family group from Nashville, TN and have a southern charm. They operate two churches in the Cincinnati area as well as an evangelistic team which ministers in revivals.”

The Gabbard family has been in ministry for over 40 years. Their father Rev. Roy Gabbard, began the Gabbard Evangelistic Association in 1963 to prepare his large family for a last day ministry. His children now carry on that vision through preaching, crusades and singing Southern Gospel music.

The Gabbards have been recording Southern Gospel music for over 15 years. The Eddie Crook Co. and the Cross and Crown record label have joined with The Gabbards to bring the powerful gospel message through song.

The Gabbards consist of Rev. Roy and Catherine Gabbard's children and grandchildren.

Joanne Clark will open for the Gabbards and has been in concert with them many times before. Clark also reports that attendance at The Barn events is up this spring and she invites everyone to come out for some great gospel music.

There is no charge for the music programs and a drawing will be held at intermission. The Barn sponsors for this month are Bland Construction and Roadrunner.
