With such a wide array of dairy and non-dairy milk products available, shopping for the right milk can be confusing. Learn more about the different types of milk on the market during a program hosted by Sarah Bush Lincoln Food and Nutrition Services.

The free program begins at 6:30 pm Wednesday, August 7, in the Lumpkin Family Center for Health Education, Adams Room, located on the north side of Health Center. The program will offer a nutritional comparison of a few popular milks and tips to help people make smart and healthy choices. Pre-registration is requested by Friday, August 2.
