Sullivan is home to State of Grace, a smooth sounding mixed trio. Della Eccles, Gary Perry and Glenda Weldy bring a unique gift to each performance as they blend their voices in gospel songs. People who have attended their concerts say that State of Grace is genuine; they live and believe what they sing. Their enthusiasm is contagious and their concerts exalt Christ.
They have performed in Michigan, Indiana, Ohio, Tennessee, Kentucky, Arkansas, Wisconsin and the entire state of Illinois. They'll be performing at Lakewood UMC on Aug. 18 at 4 p.m.
Della has been singing Southern Gospel Music for many years now. She started out singing with her family and has been with various groups throughout the years.
