On Monday, Darryl Hall II, age 20 of Charleston, appeared before Judge Michael Kiley and pled guilty to obstructing justice, a Class 4 felony. He was sentenced by agreement to one year in prison according to Shelby County State’s Attorney Allan Lolie who prosecuted the case. Hall was stopped by the Shelby County Sheriff’s Office for a traffic offense and he lied about his name to avoid his arrest for another outstanding warrant. Hall represented himself.
