Shelbyville had almost 30 base runners on Tuesday as the Rams blew up Beecher City. Despite a late Bobcat charge in a 5-run 5th, Shelby won by the 10-run rule in 5 innings, 20-8.

The Rams received more free passes than they had hits, but they still pounded out 10 hits, including a pair of doubles. They drew 13 walks. CHBC also had two errors and hit 2 batters.

CHBC managed to smack 6 hits, reached on 3 errors and was hit 3 times. However, they only walked once, 12 less times in a 12-run defeat.

Shelby went down in order and BC took a 2-0 lead in the 1st. BC's Seth Doty was hit by a pitch and with one out Mason Manley was hit by a pitch. Nick Miller hit an RBI-single. Wes Radloff grounded out and another run scored, 2-0.

Shelby got on the board in the 2nd. Colten Reed led off with a walk. Hunter Reed singled and Reed got to 3rd. With two outs, Colten scored on a passed ball, 2-1, before Noah Trimble walked for the 1st of 4 times. BC went in order in the 2nd and the Rams started the blow out.

Malcolm Miller led off with a single. Rece Pullen walked and Ethan Clark was hit by a pitch. Colten Reed singled a run in for the tie, 2-2. Hunter Reed hit a fielder's choice. Pullen scored for the lead, 3-2.

Payton Bryant walked, Trey Ruot singled Clark home, 4-2. Trimble walked again, forcing in a run, 5-2. AJ Stokes singled, driving in 2 runs. Trimble scored on the throw, 8-2.

There still was just one out. Miller batted around and singled a run in . Clark walked with two outs, but was left, 9-2. BC got a run back in the 3rd. Quaid Schlanser singled with one out. With two outs, Miller hit him home, 9-3.

BC was bloodied, but not bowed in the top of the 4th, but Shelby exploded for 11 runs, sealing the Bobcats fate.

The 4th started with 5 consecutive walks from two pitchers, 11-3. Miller singled a run in. Pullen reached on an errorand a run scored. Clark doubled driving in two, 15-3.

Dev Patel traded places with Clark with his own double. Gannon Beals got a hit, scoring Clark, 17-3. Shelby had 8 runs in with no outs. A fielder's choice by Kyle Stauder made it 18-3. With two outs, Trimble walked yet again.Stokes reached on an error. Miller walked, 19-3. Pullen was hit by a pitch, 20-3.
