Okaw Valley boys saw their win streak come to a difficult end, losing by just 3 points to LSA, in overtime, on Tuesday. The Wolves were nipped by the Lions, 55-52.
Okaw Valley scored consistently throughout the game and had three players in double figures. LSA had two players in double figures, one with 31 points. Their scoring was like a teeter totter.
However, the game came down to free throws. LSA made 19-of-21 free throws and Okaw Valley just 11 of 20, an 8-point edge to LSA in a 3-point game.

After 8:00 more minutes, the scores were once again knotted up, 46-46. The game went into OT and LSA tipped the scales, 9-6, with free throws for the 3-point win.
