The Windsor FFA received several recognitions at the 78th annual Illinois FFA convention held June 13-15 in Springfield:

• The Star Sponsor Award, which is presented to sponsors of the Illinois Foundation FFA who have donated $1000 or more yearly to the Foundation. Money donated to the Foundation is used to provide incentive awards and leadership training for over 16,000 FFA members in Illinois.

• The Student Development Award. In The Student Development Program, chapters are judged on projects that involve individual students such as individual contests, leadership training classes or scholarships.

• The Community Development Award. The Community Development Program, along with student development and chapter development, makes up the chapter’s program of activities.

• The Century Challenge Award, which recognizes chapters that have achieved the FFA membership equal to 100% of the total high school enrollment in agricultural education classes.

• 15-Year 100% Membership Award. To qualify for the award the chapter had to receive the FFA Century Challenge Award for 15 years.

• The $4000 Club Award, which recognizes chapters who have collected $4000 to $4900 during the annual Foundation Collection Drive.
